Terms and conditions

• The 'Summer 2024/25 WKH Pay-Back’ promotion starts on 1 December 2024 and ends on 31 March 2025.
• The prize is a reimbursement of the personal contribution you made on your fully paid invoice after the subsidies were applied.
• You must have paid your invoice in full
• Terms and Conditions for the payment of your invoice as stated on the invoice do not change or alter because of this promotion
• Eligible customers will be automatically entered into a draw to have the amount of their contribution of the fully paid invoice reimbursed.
• The promotion is only available to customers who are eligible for the Warmer Kiwi Homes grant and have a subsidy line item on their invoice.
• The promotion is not available to invoices that include Heat Pump, Air-conditioning or any other HVAC product line.
• The promotion applies to residential dwellings only
• There are 3 prize draw dates based on the date you paid your invoice. You will be entered into only one of the three prize draws. Each prize draw has 3 chances to win your contribution back.
• The reimbursement of the contribution is capped at $500
• Each draw will include only the eligible customers who have paid their invoice in full in the specified prize draw period.
• 1ST PRIZE DRAW of three cash back prizes (capped at $500) is drawn Friday 7 February 2025 for customers who have paid their invoice in full between 1 December 2024 and Friday 31 January 2025.
• 2ND PRIZE DRAW of three cash back prizes (capped at $500) is Friday 7 March 2025 for customers who have paid their invoice in full between 1 February 2025 and 28 February 2025.
• 3RD PRIZE DRAW of three cash back prizes (capped at $500) is Friday 4 April 2025 for customers who have paid their invoice ion full between 1 March 2025 and 31 March 2025.
• The reimbursement will be processed within 30 days of the winner being notified. The reimbursement will be made to the customers specified bank account
• The prize is not redeemable as cash, gift, voucher or anything other than a reimbursement of the paid invoice amount for the supply and install of insulation to the customers specified bank account.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
• Brightr reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any decision made by Brightr is final and we will not enter into any correspondence or negotiation
• Employees of Brightr and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
• Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used in accordance with Brightr's privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the promotion.
